Booking Guidelines:
-Must be 21+ years old to book with a valid I.D.
-8 people maximum (no parties or large groups.)
-2 night minimum
-Please call the above number with any questions about your stay!
2026 Rates
March 1st - October 31st, 2026
Friday - Sunday : $275/night
Monday - Thursday: $225/night
Cleaning fee = $75
Pet Fee = $50
During Your Stay
We have a few house guidelines and requests to make sure your stay is relaxing and our aftercare is efficient. When making a reservation, you are agreeing to the following:
Day of checkout:
Kitchen:
-Clean all food out of refrigerator.
-Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
-All garbage goes in garbage bags and placed in outside trash container.
-Used towels go in laundry room.
Bathrooms:
-Empty trash
-All used towels go in laundry room.
Bedrooms:
-Leave beds unmade or place sheets and pillow cases in laundry room. Please *do not* take off mattress covers.
**Please set thermostat 74 degrees upon leaving.**
Check in time: 2:30pm
Check out time: 11:00am
- No smoking or vaping inside of house.
-No access to garage.
-Be respectful of neighbors - keep noise level tolerable.
